Head Chef Keelan Higgs and brother, Aaron, set up the restaurant in 2018 in a small space on Thomas Street. Family plays a key role in how we operate. Keelan often recreates dishes from Higgs family memories and serves up food family-style. This means a shared dining experience of breaking bread together, focusing on connecting with those in front of you. We got our first Michelin star in 2019 and have maintained this year on year.
When it comes to suppliers, we choose local, organic, and seasonal whenever possible. Aaron forages a lot with his kids and their spoils often make their way to the plate. Our wine is carefully selected by sommelier Kathleen, we go for unique wines from small producers.
